I'm confused: Do you mean squamous cell carcinoma? Which is a cancer of the skin but would be unlikely to cause 80 large tumors on your legs?? Perhaps small cell (lung) carcinoma? In any event, to have MANY subcutaneous tumors as well as your other symptoms IS very concerning/serious. You are surely under the care of an oncologist. Everything depends on the cell type and if it responds to chemotherapy/treatment
