Need an exam.: When multiple joints starts swelling, it could point to a systemic inflammatory condition like gout or rheumatoid arthritis. It's important to confirm the findings as soon as you can & get tested appropriately. You'll need an exam by a doctor, blood tests, & probably imaging of the shoulder.
