Ive just been to the doctors due to symptoms of lymphoma. she said she would give me a cbc and this will show if i have it. is this true ?

NO!!!: It is possible to have a normal CBC despite lymphoma. Either this doctor is poorly informed or lying to you, neither of which is a good option.
