Went to doctors and told me i had an infection, i have a stuffy nose and a cough with phlegm. are these related to the reason of my swollen node? i'm scared it could be lymphoma! my cbc work was okay.

Yes, related: Lymph nodes are part of our immune system. They swell up when we are fighting off infections. If they are very large and do not go down within a few months after your infection then see your doctor. They swell up to take care of you. Don't worry unless they remain large.
