If you have pinworm eggs on fingers or under nails, didn't know it (since they're near invisible), and rubbed eye or inner ear, could the eggs take root in either of those places and hatch there?

No: PW's are human only parasites that have very specific living requirements. Just like you can't live in the vacuum of space, their eggs must pass through your intestine to activate/hatch before residing in their home within the large intestine. On any other body surface, moist or not, PW eggs would just die.
