I get head rushes fast heartbeats sweating sometimes when I walk I feel unbalanced and sometimes foggy eye vision and tingling in fingers on left hand?

Slow down.: How old are you? How fast are you walking and for what distance before these happens? Raised heart rate and sweating can be normal from exercise. The other signs can be from hyperventilation to cerebral vascular insuffiency, and it is impossible for me to say what exactly they are from without more information.
