See your doc: I think it would be atypical, but it might be a variant of a seizure. Might be worth getting a neurology evaluation.

I have involuntary movement on my left eye lid and from time to time on my left little finger or thumb. On my hand it is difficult to monitor how regularly as i can't feel it happening. I have dropped a couple of glasses because of that
