Try looking online: Years ago, listings used to be available only in printed form. By the turn of the century, lists had become available online everywhere. Now, some lists are only online, and no longer printed. County medical societies (or other local medical societies), hospitals, insurance companies usually list medical doctors by name, group, and location. A Pain Medicine or Addiction Specialist doctor may help.

Wouldn't know: This public HT site offers to answer questions about health problems when you submit a thorough description. The volunteer docs that answer these questions are from around the country & 50+ specialties. One thing we don't know is who/what/where various insurance companies have providers. To find that information you call or go on line to that insurance company.
