Depends: Subutex does not show in routine urine drug screens. Someone would have to specifically request for Subutex to be tested for it to be detected.

No 'clean'/'dirty': I hate those words because they continue the stigma surround alcohol and drug use disorders. If you are taking buprenorphine as prescribed, and not using other substances, then you are in recovery. Drug courts are now REQUIRED to allow people to be on medication assisted treatment if they receive federal money. However, buprenorphine is long-acting and urine will test positive for several weeks.
