Back pain: Many of our health problems are a result of lifestyle conditions such as the position in which you studied, diet, lack of sleep, etc. Please see your doctor. He/she can easily diagnose this. You may be referred to a physical therapist. Peace and good health.

Exercise: Raising core body temperature through exercise will help get your muscles in shape and relieve the pain. It may take a few months for the full effect, but it will much better than pills. Any exercise will do. Increase the intensity and duration of exercise as tolerated. Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
