Maybe your mattress: It may be your mattress, especially if the pain doesn't occur sleeping elsewhere on vacation and if it doesn't happen later in the day or with exercise. A firmer mattress may solve the problem. If it still persists, then you may need to see a physiatrist for both an evaluation and to set up physical therapy. But, the mattress comes first.
