I am making an effort to get more sleep by going 2 bed earlier. problem is i am waking up at 4 and not going back to sleep. will i adjust? suggest?

Different sleep cycl: some people do well with just 4 to 5 hours a day but maybe just a short nap midday. Others need 10 or more hours to feel rested and have a clear mind. There are so many variants to a normal sleep cycle. You may have a shorter sleep cycle. If you feel you have decent focus and concentration along with decent strength or stamina, then you are probably getting enough sleep.
