7 week old baby. fussy for 2 weeks. vomited a lot last night. and a bit this morning. is it a bug or should we just watch her or go to the hospital. i think her belly button is herniated too.

Depends: Any fever @ or over 38c =go immediately. No fever and otherwise just fussy at times you can monitor the situation. Belly button hernias are common and seldom a problem at this age. If you can push it in easily it is not the issue.
