Belly pain + vomitin: Unfortunately, based on the skimpy info provided, no diagnosis is to be established. In most cases, vomiting is self limiting and is related to indigestion or viral infection (stomach flu). If you have other symptoms, your pain is not subsiding or getting better, or you keep on vomiting, it's time to see a doc.
