Monitor the process: It appears that something about the chicken or what it was cooked in disagrees with the kid. I would simplify his feeds for now, concentrate on maintaining proper fluid intake & see if it passes in a day or so. If he develops fever, massive diarrhea, acts sickly have him seen.
