Found out i got an ovarian cyst other day and woke up other morning with infection and puss coming from my belly button which also has a knot in it now. hospital only looked at my naval and gave an antibiotic. did the cyst cause that or need 2 opinon?

There should be no connection between your ovarian cyst and the infection in your navel. I'm sure your gynecologist will agree with this advice.
