What would make your cells come back as abnormal on a pap?

See below: Inflammation from a variety of bacteria and viruses can cause reactive atypia of the cells. Herpes in particular does this hpv on the other hand can and does cause cells to appear very atypcial in a pa smear and are the causes of cervical dysplasia and cancer in most womenthat get this.
