See Doctor: You need to see a doctor. Most counties in the U.S. Have community health clinics that are funded by the federal government as "safety net" clinics for people who are without funds. The doctors in these clinics make very good incomes and would be happy to see you. Find out where yours is and make an appointment. Be sure to bring in the report that you refer to.

Abnormal pap….: Extremely abnormal is not what the pathologist noted on your pap smear, and if your doctor said extremely abnormal you should have been given a very precise schedule for follow up. In any case you should see someone as extremely abnormal paps do progress. There is no way to tell how quickly.
