More info needed: Whether your apparent heart condition can be reversed and how best to do it depend on the precise diagnosis. See a doctor, preferably a cardiologist, for further evaluation. Most likely you'll need to improve your physical conditioning, eat less, and lose weight -- probably in addition to other things. Good lucik!

Enlarged heart: Did an echocardiogram document heart enlargement? Do you have high blood pressure or valvular heart abnormalities or history of heart murmurs? A cardiologist would examine your heart and look at the EKG and echocardiogram and make a determination about whether you have an enlarged heart and ,if so, what caused it and discuss any treatment or preventative measures.
