Why is my daughter still getting a fever and last day on antibiotics? it was for bacterial infection, blood was taken.

Hard to say: Without having her history, exam and testing to review it is hard to speculate why she has fever. Perhaps the med was wrong. Perhaps the illness was something viral like mono that may run a fever for weeks. Perhaps the initial problem was fixed but a new one set in. It would be wise to contact the treating doc and inform them of this finding.
