Urine exposure: This doesn't sound pleasant - drinking someone else's urine. However, it shouldn't be a 'real risk' for HIV/AIDS. That comes from having sex with an infected person or shooting drugs. Unless you have more to the story, I don't think you would have contracted HIV from this incident. Also, it seems extremely unlike you got an infection from the urine either. Talk to an ID doc for more answers.
