Needs ear exam: She needs to be examined again. Could be ear drum perforation or trauma in the ear canal.

Exam specifics: Did the doctor spend any time cleaning wax from that ear during your visit? Sometimes the removal of wax even with plastic tools will scrape the ear canal & result in a small amount of blood. The ear piece itself can scrape the wall & cause some bleeding, especially if the kid moved during the exam.Call the office & see if you need to go back in to.
