Neither: Use of stimulants like adderal or Ritalin with ssri's is very risky and could result in the dangerous elevation of the body's serotonin levels. This combination of stimulants and ssri's is medically contraindicated. You can also ask for this advice from your physician,psychiatrist or pharmacist and I'm sure you'll get the same answer.
