Fatigue/Adderall: If prescribed by your doctor for that reason, however, it is best to explore the cause of the fatigue & treat that.

If prescribed by Doc: Amphetamines are prescribed for fatigue where appropriate. You should discuss you ratigue with your doctor to uncover the cause, for instance sleep apnea, hypothyroidism etc. Only when a thorough evaluation has been done would amphetamines be appropriate, if you cannot identify a treatable cause of fatigue.
