UTI? More?: Probably a urinary tract infection, even though UTIs are uncommon in males your age. Or maybe not infectious, e.g. interstitial cystitis. Nitrofurantoin is not usually used for UTI in men; may need something stronger, e.g. ciprofloxacin or other antibiotic. UTI in men under 40 often is due to an underlying urinary tract problem, like stone, stricture, etc. See a urologist.
