Hi docs, pls tell me how i can use d drugs for uti culture test i had: nitrofurantoin sensitive '(<=16mg/i). rifampicin sensitive(0.03mg/i) thanks?

Need your physician: I don't see how you could use the culture results effectively or even safely since only your doctor can properly interpret the results and decide the best treatment depending upon your particular situation which includes knowing allergies, other medications you may be taking, and exactly how you are likely to react given their knowledge about you.

Uti: For a simple,uncomplicated UTI in a healthy young female, neither of those medications would be my choice for treatment. Today one dose of ciprofloxacin (if you can take them and are not pregnant ) is usually effective. Of course sulfa medications are still effective in most cases.
