This is regarding my partner (23/f). she has been treating uti symptoms for 3 weeks with no change. she had 4 urine samples all came back negative. tried trimethoprim for a week and nitrofurantoin for 3 days. can't sleep from the pain?

Good treatments for the wrong diagnosis seldom help. I suspect she has something different & needs to have an exam & testing to sort it out.

U TI symptoms are many and may mimic other conditions. It is best to see a Urologist for a thoro exam and treatment
