I had a stent put in my leg a week ago , i am on plavix and xarelto . was on xarelto prior to stent because of a small blood clot . i am feeling nauseous sometimes and my heart rate feels fast . idk what it is or maybe anxiety ? please help?

Do you any leg pain or significant leg or ankle swelling? You don't mention what your heart rate actually is. It could be anxiety but this doesn't cause heart rates over 90-100 per minute as a rule. If your heart rate is more than 100,I recommend being examined in the ER where prompt care is available. I'd want to rule out bleeding.
