Dermatologist: A dermatologist could evaluate and advise her. The combination of recurrent skin swelling and redness, especially with associated muscular weakness raises the question of a rare autoimmune condition called dermatomyositis. However if there are no muscular symptoms, perhaps these are episodes of cellulitis which is a skin infection. Hopefully the dermatologist can see her when the skin changes occ
