I have never had skin issues but suddenly have what appears to be eczema and psoriasis. also, redness and swelling under eyes intermittently.

Eczema: Skins issues can develop at any point. Sometimes this can happen for unclear reasons while at other times it could be related to medications, other conditions and photosensitivity etc. You should avoid sun exposure and plan to see a dermatologist as soon as possible. You can also see your PCP.
