Plica: Plica syndrome is a problem that occurs when a normal structure in the of knee becomes a source of pain due to injury or overuse. The diagnosis can sometimes be difficult. If you have seen a doctor, and the doc says this is the source of the knee pain, the doc will give ways to treat it. Some sources say it can be easily treated. This is general easily searchable information. See your doc!
