Almost positive i have strep throat due to the swollen tonsils and white spots but i saw 1 black spot is that associated with strep?

Tonsil tissue can retain food bits or have a variety of scars or colors. Your description is neither diagnostic of a significant problem or particularly unusual. Have tests run to confirm/exclude strep so you will have access to meds if needed.
