Are there any ways to stop anxiety and panic attacks with a positive mindset?

Possibly: Most people spontaneously capable of it would rarely be seen by a dr. For that reason. A positive mindset is always a helpful trait. There are some methods (relaxation, breathing techniques, meditation) that may help achieving this. Some books and theories may help. Now, if the positive mindset includes compliance with dr. Recommendations and meds, and trust, it's even more possible.
