Panic and Anxiety: Wow, that's 4 years of periodic suffering. There are things to do on your own, like breathing exercises, meditation, yoga, etc to tone down general anxiety. But with help you can also get cognitive behavioral and other psychotherapies that help you discover & deal with any anxiety triggers. If needed, there are medications which can help -- a psychiatrist is a great resource. Good luck!

SEEK TREATMENT!!: Have you suffered alone for 4 years with this or have you sought treatment? Many ways to treat panic/anxiety. Not cure however. Therapy, exercise, medications, meditation, deep breathing, healthy living, less caffeine, no drugs, no smoking. The list is long of what to do and not to do. Seek some professional help. You do not have to live this way!
