2 year old with acute onset petechiae on face and ears. occassional bruising on back and abdomen. cbc showed wbc at 13,500, neut 35% and lymph 56%. ?

Cough any ??: This is the location of what we label coughing petechiae. It can also show up after vomiting. The forceful pressure on the capillaries above the chest level localize the findings to nipple line and above. A petechiae true problem would show up on all body surfaces.
