Any doctor...: Any licensed HC provider can prescribe anti-HIV drugs for pre- or post-exposure or pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP, PEP), but best done by a doctor or clinic with lots of experience treating and managing HIV infected patients, and with knowledge of local HIV risk factors, epidemiology, etc. Without insurance, in the US PEP can cost several hundred dollars, but most medical insurance covers it.
