Much too late...: ...for post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP) against HIV. Must be within 72 hr, rarely up to 96 hr. But not too early for diagnosis. If especially high risk (e.g. unprotected vaginal with pos female, or unprotected anal with pos or unknown male), see a doctor or clinic and discuss early diagnosis of HIV, e.g. with an HIV RNA test.
