Ive been short of breath for a month. my ct, x-ray, and ekg were clear. my gp thinks its just asthma but albutoral and symbicort arent helping.

See allergist: You should consult an allergist and get a lung function test done to find out if you have asthma or not. Not all asthma respond to the above drugs but on the other hand the problem may lie in the upper airway involving the vocal cord or other causes including anxiety.
