Get more from diet: 3.5 is now (barely) in the normal range so the banana is helping but many other foods can raise potassium, including tomatoes, broccoli, beet greens, romaine, potatoes, sweet potatoes, oranges and coconut water. See http://whfoods.com/genpage.php?tname=nutrient&dbid=90
