Yes. : If you fell and landed on your shoulder and knee these will hurt. Also, just falling can cause joint dysfunction in the body and can exacerbate underlying arthritis that can cause knee swelling. Get seen by a doctor and make sure there is no fracture or that you don't need to have a knee injection.
