Please go to ED: If you fell and hurt left shoulder so badly, you wanna make sure you did not fracture your shoulder bone or ligament tear. I would suggest you to go to ed.

See a doctor: You could have a fracture or ligamentous injury to your shoulder. X-rays are warranted.
