Fell at work. landed on my knees and left arm. already have torn rotator cuff in right arm. now left shoulder extremely tender, any suggestions?

Please go to ED: If you fell and hurt left shoulder so badly, you wanna make sure you did not fracture your shoulder bone or ligament tear. I would suggest you to go to ed.

See a doctor: You could have a fracture or ligamentous injury to your shoulder. X-rays are warranted.

See ortho doc: Always best to get examined . New pain after injury could range from being just a bruise to a fracture.
