Biopsy: I don't see anything abnormal in the information you provided. It appears that biopsies of something were taken but I don't see any comment on the results of those biopsies. If they're still in the works, you'll need to wait until the results are released. But for now, nothing to worry about.

Stomach: It means that you have no visible abnormalities of your upper digestive tract and any symptoms that you may have are not caused by a physical problem in your GI tract. Good Luck
