Is barretts esophagus seen on endoscopy or do i need to wait for biopsy results. i have grade b reflux esophagus and no mention of barretts on report. im worried i also have barretts. should i reassured? or can biopsy say i have it. paranoid?

Barrett’s esophagus can sometimes can be seen on an endoscopy as a typical in some cases. The diagnosis is made on a tissue biopsy.
