Irritation: Results like this are fairly common and not specifically indicative of any particular disease. Often the Gastroenterologist will try an acid blocker to relieve symptoms. One of the main reasons they do the biopsies is to rule out cancer, and nothing you noted above sounds like any kind of cancer.
