Had a upper endoscopy done got told normal stomach normal beginning of small intestine abnormal z line where lower esophagus meets beginning of stomach waiting on biopsy results if biopsies are normal should i still be worried about a abnormal z line?

Yes it means acid is irritating it. Do you have GERD? If so try elevating the head feet on your bed on 4 or 8" blocks, Gravity never sleeps even when you do.
