Vitamin C: isn't a standard medication to take if you have a flu, however, it won't harm, unless you have a chronic renal disease. For pregnant ladies you would need around 100 mg/ day, as recommended daily allowance, but don't exceed 2 grams / day, wish you a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby
