Diet & Lifestyle: Keep taking vitamin C. Also make certain you get good sleep and learn stress control. Meditation is good for stress control. Panax ginseng, garlic and echinacea may also help. Also eat a lot of vegetables, fruits, nuts, and seeds. And avoid smoking and too much alcohol. Daily aerobic exercise such as walking, jogging, swimming or bike riding is also a good idea. I wish you well with your health!
