Fatigue: The only symptoms you report is fatigue, diarrhea and pain of 24 hour duration. If you are coming down with a general viral infection, you can expect fatigue, general aches, head and head congestion, cough, diarrhea, nausea & vomiting and fever. It is self limiting and resolves in a few days. However, you may also need to have a pregnancy test if that is a possibility.
