I have sciatic nerve irritation, my discs seem fine as my x-ray and mri are clear, my emg did however display irritation. i have been on lyrica and doing stretches daily for 9 weeks. how do i get rid of the pain ?

Neuritis: the usual treatment is antiinflammator mediciation, sometimes steroids and physical hterapy. Unfortunately, no guartanty of cure.

Sciatica: Have you had Physical Therapy? Also, please consider searching John Sarno, MD,for a mind-body approach to pain management. Turmeric is a good natural anti-inflammatory. Peace and good health.
