Hi, what is better for sciatic nerve inflammation, epleptin 300mg twice a day or lyrica 25mg in the morning and 75mg at night?

Last resort drugs:: usually sciatica is best treated with EITHER prednisone ( Medrol Dose Pack or strong NSAIDS such as Celebx or Naprosyn. The use of anticonvulsant medicine is reserved for severe cases which are non- repsonsive to either prednisione or NSAIDS. Lyrica is the next logical choice
